1週間。リハビリ、CT、レントゲンと初シャワー

オペ後6日目

2月11日（月）

 

眠剤はそれなりに効く。

昨夜は眠剤を飲んで直ぐ御就寝。

夜中の2：30頃トイレに起きたけど、その後は5：30まで眠れた。

 

今日は建国記念の日。

3連休。

 

窓から駐車場が見える。

職員の方の駐車場。

土曜日、日曜日と車が少なかった。

今日も殆ど止まっていない。

 

歩行補助器を使って朝からいろいろと動き回ってる。

まだ腰の左がイタイ。

 

 

午前中、本を読んでいたら両肩が痛くなった。かなりの肩凝り状態。両手指のシビレも感じる。

朝は良かったのに…！

 

そう言えばヘルニアになる前も肩凝りがひどくなって痛くなって…だったように思う。

何となく思い出してきた。

 

当時、やたらストレスがあり、肩凝り状態になって・・・その頃、肩だか、首が痛くなって会社近くの整形外科さんへ行って、少し骨と骨の間隔が狭くなってるって言われて…。

ストレートネックにはなっていないが…と。

で、首の牽引。しばし通って、結構何度も行かなければいけないんで、自分で牽引器作って牽引続けて良くなった。

だけど2012年の1月か2月頃、再び痛くなって3月に自宅近くの整形外科さんへ行って、ストレートネックと言われ真上に牽引された。

 

こりゃいかんという事で行くのを止めて、自作牽引器で牽引。

4月にすごく痛くなって、4/19にこの病院へ。

 

で、ヘルニアが分かった。

 

回顧録でした。 

 

 

そういえば、カラーは寝た状態でつけるような事を言ってた。

んﾝ？

 

どうやるんだろう。

後ろからハメて、前を合わせる…という事らしいけど難しそう。

やっぱり体を起こしてからカラーをつけよ。

その代り体を起こすときは手で頭を支えて…っと。

 

 

 

オペ後、7日目

7日目

2月12日（火）

 

オペしてから1週間経ったんだぁ。

 

オペから1週間もすると元気も復活してきている。オペ後しばらくは体にだるさも残っていたためか、結構大変、というか何もする気にならずボケっと。

 

何だろう･･･。

体に傷を入れると本能的に活動を停滞させる何かがあるのか、それとも全身麻酔の影響からか・・・。

人間という動物の本能だぁ…。

 

身体に元気が出てきているんで、朝早くから動きまわった。

窓から下を見ていると、今日は朝から職員駐車場に車がどんどん入ってくる。

 

病院も3連休中は、外来もなく、ドクターも看護師も少なく静かだったけど、今日は平日で看護師さんも多く、動いている・・・。

病院が活動し始めた感じ。スタッフステーションも看護師さんで一杯。

この3連休は静かだった。

 

朝、今日はシーツを交換するから、と布団の上に置いていった。週1回？

ベッドから落とさないように…。

手首のバンド。あまりの部分をもう少し切ってもらうか。顔にあたるとイタイ。

 

 

 

今日はリハビリ、CTとレントゲン！それと初シャワー！

 

シャワーは14：00に取っておいた。

本日担当の看護師さんもクリニカルパスを見ていてくれて15：00に取ってくれちゃってた。重なった予約は…これは後で取り消しっと。

シャワーは初回になるので見てくれるって話。

 

それとガーゼ交換。傷を見るって。

傷表面のフィルム（ガーゼ？）を剥がした。切開部はダーマボンドという接着剤でくっつけてある。

今ではすべて接着剤なのかぁと聞いてみると、縫合もケースによるらしい。ホチキスも使っているらしい。

 

ヘルニアでかどうか分からないけど、自分の場合、最初は肩がものすごく凝るような痛みが続いていた。

傷を見てもらっている間に「肩凝りからヘルニアになるような事もあるんですか」と聞いてみたら、肩凝りからヘルニアになったというのはあまり聞いた事がないと。

 

そうだよねぇ。

肩凝りからヘルニアになるようなら、もっともっと多くの人がヘルニアになっちゃってるよねぇ。

 

看護師さんの話によると、画像診断で良好であった場合、その後数日で退院する…とのこと。

クリニカルパスは2/20まで日付が入っているけど最後までいる人はいないと。（初めて聞いた。）

 

でも、それって後方からのオペじゃないかなぁ。確か先生も後方の方式のほうが入院も短く職場復帰も早いと。

自分のように前方除圧固定術だと、どうなのかなぁ。看護師さんのイメージは多分後方…。

 

 

初めてのリハビリ。

11：10時間厳守。

「いつも自分で行ってますよね」と…。

「エッ、初めてですけど。」

 

で、リハビリセンターへ。

リハビリセンターは1Fにある。エレベーターで1Fへ。

 

初回のリハビリはヘルニアによって指先にシビレがあって、動きも鈍さが出ていたんだけど、その回復状況の確認と指を動かす練習のようなものだった。

 

肩、首、上腕の痛みはない。

 

作業療法士さんへ、ヘルニアの最初に肩がものすごく凝っていた事を話してみた。（朝の続き…）

そしたら「肩コリをなくす方法」というのを教えてくれた。

 

2つあるそうな。「筋力をつける」事と「補助具を使う」事。

筋力を付けるのは、やっぱトレーニング。

補助具とは・・・

・椅子を変える。

事務用椅子はかなり腰に悪い。腰から肩へいく。アームレスト付のほうが良い。

・クッションを使う。

長時間座る用のものをホームセンターなどで売っている。ドーナツ型とか。

・机の高さ。

机の高さは72cm基準だけど、体格に合わせる。少し高めのほうが良い。

・膝の上にクッションを乗せる。

・PC用アームレストや手を置くやつを利用。

だそうな。

 

 

午後、シャワーにCT撮影、レントゲン撮影・・・と、オペ後初めてのものもあり、いろいろと動き回りました。

 

シャワーは初回だけ注意事項を看護師さんの方から受けます。

「自分ひとりでシャワーを浴びる事が難しいようなら、全部手伝ってあげますよ。」

だそうです。

でもちょっと恥ずかしいし、自分で出来るので、とりあえず「自分で出来ます」と返事。

 

風呂付のほう。

 

看護師さんは脱衣所まで入ってきて説明してくれます。

脱ぐ時にカラーを最後にするように…とずっと脱ぐ所を見ています。

全部脱ぐと、先に浴室に入りいろいろと説明してくれます。

浴室に入ってシャワーを浴び始めてもしばらく見てくれてます。

 

今日の担当看護師さんが指導してくれるのですが、すごく若くてカワイイ感じの看護師でした・・・。まだ学生で十分通る・・・って感じの年齢で、見ようによっては高校生にも見える・・・どういう目をしているんだか・・・。

（ちょっと恥ずかしかった。）

 

でもお仕事とはいえ、タイヘンタイヘン。

 

とりあえず一人でシャワーを。

久々のシャワー。気持ちがいい。ジョワーっていう感じ。

 

冬なんで、あまり汚れもたまってなくって助かった。

それでもシャンプーは3度。

シャンプーする時も首を動かさないように看護師さんから注意された。頭を前に傾げるのではなく、頭を直立の状態でシャンプー、シャンプー。

 

顔のほうへ湯と泡がどわぁ…と流れてくる。

2回目には十分泡立ったけど、何となくジョワーっとしたくて3回目。

 

ボディーソープで身体を2回。

 

う・・・んん。気持ちいい。

 

ただ首を動かさないように「気を付けながら」「気を付けながら・・・」なんで、時間がかかる事、かかる事。

オペ前に入った時とえらい違う。

時間、ギリギリになってしまった。

 

浴室から出ると、看護師さんがまた脱衣所に入って来て服を着るのも見てくれます。

首を動かさないように身体を拭いて、カラーを付けます。

パンツをはいて、パジャマを着て…とご指導を受けます。

 

CTとレントゲンはシャワーのあと、しばらくして。

 

本日の体の状態。

午前中は肩凝りが残ってるような感じ。その後、軽減。

夕方は、もうほとんど痛み、シビレなし。

 

本日は、シャワーで体すっきり！！
